The role involves streamlining processes, coaching a team, and partnering with stakeholders across Funding, Title, Sales, and Field to close gaps while driving service metrics and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years’ related experience in a customer service environment.
• 0-2 years supervisory or leading large projects.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and KPI execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operational activities for dealer support.
• Manage KPIs and objectives to deliver exceptional service.
• Provide monthly KPI reports to senior management.
• Coach team on complex dealer scenarios (funding, titles, post-funding issues).
• Ensure high levels of service and timely resolution of dealer inquiries.
