Job summary

Hyundai Capital America (HCA) is seeking a Commercial Funding Associate (Vehicle) to review, book, and fund commercial vehicle finance and lease contracts for Hyundai, Kia, Genesis, and fleet dealerships. You will ensure compliance with policies, support documentation packages, and respond to dealers and customers to resolve issues in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires at least two years in commercial loan/lease documentation, strong communication, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience with commercial loan and lease documentation.
• Knowledge of compliance laws related to commercial vehicle lending, contracting and funding.
• Basic proficiency with standard software and ability to learn internal systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication with internal and external partners.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities in queues.

Responsibilities

• Review, book and fund commercial vehicle finance and lease contracts per policy and law.
• Verify documents for accuracy and compliance with guidelines and credit stipulations.
• Book requests in loan origination systems (Daybreak, Q2) for Mobility Services.
• Respond to dealer and mobility customer calls; follow up to resolve issues during hours.
• Distribute lease/loan documentation packages to Mobility teams, including fleet/subscription products.
