Hyundai Capital America seeks a Manager, Dealer Support to lead the operational first contact for dealers, handling funding, titles, contracts, and post‑funding activities with accuracy and efficiency.

The role focuses on streamlining processes, coaching team members, and ensuring policy adherence while driving customer satisfaction across our dealer base. This position offers a hybrid work arrangement with strong growth and leadership opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• 5–7 years of customer service experience.
• 0–2 years supervisory or leading large projects.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and KPI execution.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead Daily Operational Activities and manage KPI goals to deliver exceptional dealer service.
• Resolve dealer issues promptly, acting as escalation point and coordinating withFunding, Title, Sales, and Field teams.
• Ensure compliance with policies through audits and proactive policy reviews.
• Drive process improvement across servicing, productivity, and engagement initiatives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop team members, providing direction and feedback for growth.
