Job summary

Hyundai Capital America is seeking an Account Servicing Associate to support tasks across title processing, vehicle protection product cancellations, total loss claims, and lease buyout transactions in Plano, TX.

The role requires strong customer service experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines and maintaining compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience working in a customer service role in a fast-paced operations environment.
• Auto finance experience a plus.
• Demonstrated business etiquette including verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills to collaborate across the organization.
• Self-motivated, professional demeanor, and self-starter.
• Ability to multitask and follow workflow processes for assigned job duties.

Responsibilities

• Process account servicing requests across multiple channels within SLAs.
• Respond to emails and resolve escalated issues promptly.
• Ensure productivity, quality, and compliance standards are met.
• Prepare and archive documentation per policies.
• Make outbound calls to customers, dealers, or third parties to support account servicing activities.
