Job summary

Hyundai Capital America (HCA) is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth by building strategic dealer relationships and expanding F&I product adoption. You will train dealers, promote HCA programs, and collaborate with OEMs to meet sales targets across the region.

The role requires a track record in sales, strong communication, and the ability to travel as needed to manage dealer networks and implement new programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
• Sales training experience.
• Captive automotive finance experience a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with OEMs to leverage products and services.

Responsibilities

• Drive business growth by developing strategic relationships and managing dealer relationships.
• Educate, enroll and implement new programs at assigned dealerships to achieve growth.
• Train dealership personnel on new technology and digitalization of HCA products and services.
• Develop and execute region insurance growth objectives through dealer conversion to F&I products.
• Implement and drive dealer F&I training to support insurance product performance.
