Job summary

Capital One Auto is seeking a Dealer Success Manager Coach to lead and develop Dealer Success Managers, sharing best practices and improving processes across the Sales Organization while coordinating with Outside Sales partners nationwide.

The role involves directing performance, overseeing training programs, and driving a results-oriented culture, with travel up to 50% and collaboration with regional leadership to ensure exceptional service to dealer customers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
• At least 3 years experience in staff management and training.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 5+ years of staff management and training is preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in Auto Finance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct management and coaching of Dealer Success Managers, including mentorship, goal setting, performance reviews and career development.
• Provides initial training and ongoing oversight of Dealer Success Managers.
• Develops education forums and ensures policy compliance.
• Communicates across the organization, including Senior Leadership.
• Travel may be required up to 50%.
