Job summary

Capital One Auto is seeking a Dealer Success Manager Coach to lead and develop a team of Dealer Success Managers nationwide. You will train, coach, and drive high performance, sharing best practices and improving processes within the Sales Organization while collaborating with Outside Sales partners.

You will directly manage the Dealer Success Managers, oversee training programs, and ensure adherence to policy and high standards of service.

Responsibilities

• Direct management and coaching of Dealer Success Managers; oversee performance and development.

• Drive continued education and professional development for the team.
• Ensure policy and procedure adherence and compliant actions.
• Communicate effectively across the organization, including Senior Leadership.
• Travel up to 50% as required.
