Job summary

Cox Automotive at Manheim is seeking a Dealer Services Specialist II to join the team. This role serves as the primary contact for dealer clients, building trusted relationships and providing consultative support throughout the auction and vehicle sales process.

Qualifications

3+ years of related customer service, sales support, automotive, auction, or dealership experience.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Auction or dealership experience is a plus.
Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for dealer clients.
Build strong customer relationships and provide consultative support.
Assist dealers through the auction and vehicle sales process.
Support sale day activities and represent dealer accounts.
Provide guidance on vehicle pricing, valuations, and reconditioning opportunities.
