Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; alternative with degree/certification or 5 years related experience considered.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team and adjust to changing priorities.
• Ability to sit/stand for extended periods and lift up to 15 lbs.
• Color vision and depth-perception for auction day tasks.

Responsibilities

• Represent the dealer sales lane on sale days.
• Promote Manheim products and services to dealers.
• Assist dealers in getting vehicles ready for auction.
• Negotiate bids, advise on pricing, and provide reconditioning guidance.
• Resolve issues quickly and be the friendly face dealers rely on.
