Job summary

Cox Automotive is hiring a Dealer Services Specialist II to manage relationships with dealers and commercial clients from a Cox location. The role partners with the national sales team to provide consultative support, aiming to improve sales performance and client satisfaction across assigned market centers.

The position emphasizes proactive communication, problem solving, and a thorough understanding of auction processes and CAI services. Travel may be required within the market center.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED and 3 years' experience in a related field; alternative combinations allowed.
• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline preferred.
• Strong verbal and written skills; ability to build strong business relationships; problem solving and de-escalation.
• Strong organizational skills; knowledge of Salesforce, AS400, Workbench and Excel preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and nurture client relationships with proactive engagement and tailored solutions.
• Coordinate with outside sales teams for a unified client approach.
• Serve as the primary contact for resolving client issues, including complex accounts.
• Act as liaison between clients and internal departments to resolve issues from start to finish.
• Educate clients on auction processes and CAI/Manheim services to meet client needs.
