Job summary

Cox Automotive is seeking a Dealer Services Specialist II at our Manheim location in the United States. You will be the go-to contact for dealer clients, ensuring a smooth and professional auction experience with a focus on service and relationship building.

Responsibilities include representing the dealer sales lane on sale days, promoting Cox products, helping prepare vehicles for auction, advising on pricing, and resolving problems while maintaining a friendly, client-focused approach.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with 3 years of related field experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to perform in a fast-paced team setting.

Responsibilities

• Represent the dealer sales lane on sale days.
• Promote Cox Automotive products and services to dealers.
• Help dealers get vehicles ready for auction.
• Negotiate bids, advise on pricing, and offer reconditioning guidance.
• Resolve issues and serve as the friendly contact for clients.
