Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus 3 years in a related field or an equivalent combination of education/experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, team environment and sit/stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Represent the dealer sales lane on sale days.
• Promote Manheim's products and services to dealers.
• Help dealers get vehicles ready for auction.
• Negotiate bids, advise on pricing, and provide reconditioning guidance.
• Resolve issues and be the friendly face for dealer clients.
