Cox Automotive Inc. is seeking a Dealer Services Specialist II for a hybrid role supporting dealer and commercial clients. You will work with the national sales team and stakeholders to build relationships, provide consultative guidance, and drive sales performance.

The role emphasizes proactive client engagement, issue resolution, and coordination across internal teams. Relevant experience in dealer services or automotive sales is preferred, with strong organizational and communication skills

Qualifications

• Requires a HS diploma or GED with 3 years in a related field or 5 years in a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build strong business relationships and solve problems.

Responsabilités

• Cultivate and nurture relationships with clients through proactive engagement and tailored solutions.
• Partner with outside sales teams to provide unified client service.
• Serve as primary contact for resolving client issues for accounts from simple to complex.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues from start to finish and ensure client satisfaction.
• Provide consultative support and strategic recommendations to improve sales performance.
