Cox Automotive in Bordentown, NJ is seeking a Dealer Services Specialist II to cultivate client relationships, coordinate sale processes and provide consultative support to dealers, collaborating with sales teams and internal partners.

You will leverage vehicle valuation data and marketplace trends to advise on auction processes, oversee run coordination, and educate clients on our services such as Condition Reports, Simulcast, and Dealshield.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; 3 years in related field or 5 years experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to build relationships; problem solving and de-escalation; strong organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Cultivate and nurture relationships with clients through proactive engagement and tailored solutions.
• Partner with outside sales teams to serve clients with a unified approach.
• Act as liaison between clients and internal departments; resolve issues from start to finish with ownership.
• Serve as a sales agent for assigned accounts at a site location or market center, providing consultative support.
• Use data and marketplace trends to advise on auction processes and sales strategies.
