Job summary

Westlake Financial seeks a Dealer Account Manager to educate and train dealer partners, acquire new contacts, and manage sales activity. You will oversee account development, ensure service quality, and drive growth in the assigned area.

This full-time role requires field work, travel in a local market, and a proactive consultative sales approach to deliver profitable funding solutions for both Westlake and its dealer partners.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in Automotive, Finance and Sales (required).
• 1-2 years in a Sales role with a proven track record.
• College degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Strong presentation skills from creation to delivery.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques.
• Strong computer skills and adaptability to new technology.
• Goal oriented with a drive for improvement and advancement.
• Able to work with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare presentations and proposals to communicate products to dealer management.
• Identify sales prospects within assigned dealer networks.
• Follow up on leads and referrals from field activity.
• Develop and maintain dealer partnerships in independent and franchise networks.
• Communicate via phone and in-person visits to train on programs and funding needs.
• Provide solutions and restructure vehicle loans for profitable approvals.
• Assist with sales contract preparation and verification by Westlake Financial.
• Maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
• Participate in marketing events for dealers.
