Job summary

Westlake Financial is seeking a Dealer Account Manager to educate and train dealer partners, grow the dealer base, and manage account development across assigned territories. You will present products, negotiate terms, and ensure timely funding while maintaining strong relationships with independent and franchise dealers.

The role requires travel within the local market, field-based collaboration, and a consultative sales approach in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Automotive finance and sales is required.
• College degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Strong presentation and communication skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Educate and train dealer partners in assigned area.
• Identify and contact new dealer prospects and manage accounts.
• Develop and grow relationships with independent and franchise dealers.
• Communicate program details and funding timelines effectively.
• Travel locally to visit dealers and support sales initiatives.
