Responsabilités

• Process and enter dealer orders in Salesforce accurately.
• Manage orders through entry to shipment and delivery.
• Maintain proactive written dealer communications on status and pricing.
• Negotiate vendor lead times based on needs and constraints.
• Resolve shipment issues and advise on tracking details.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.
• Document and track cases in Salesforce and internal systems.
• Provide high-volume email support via Microsoft Outlook.
• Adhere to established procedures in a structured environment.
• Work independently to resolve complex scenarios.
• Prioritize multiple orders and queues effectively.
• Contribute to special projects and operational initiatives.
