Responsibilities

• Build strong customer relationships by responding to questions, resolving concerns, and providing timely, professional support
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, suppliers, and manufacturing partners to advocate for customer needs and support successful order outcomes
• Maintain accurate sales, order, purchasing, vendor, and customer data to keep internal systems and business processes running smoothly
• Monitor customer forecasts and order activity to identify when purchase orders should be released, rescheduled, expedited, or canceled
• Use attention to detail and sound judgment to balance customer expectations, inventory availability, and operational needs
• Track and manage Master Electronics-owned inventory at customer locations to ensure products are available when needed
• Communicate order updates, risks, and next steps clearly so customers and internal partners can make informed decisions
• Take ownership of follow-up and problem-solving to keep orders moving and deliver a reliable customer experience
