Entrega seeks a Dealer Operations Analyst to provide exceptional support for Dealers, addressing technical questions, issues, and processes with urgency and empathy. You will communicate with Dealers by phone and email, ensuring timely and accurate documentation of all interactions.

This role emphasizes teamwork, independent work when needed, and strict adherence to SLAs and quality standards as you guide dealers through onboarding to OEM software applications and related vendor processes.
