This is a fully onsite position in Renton, WA with a 6-month contract term and potential for extension or conversion. Training will be conducted from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, after which candidates will work a shift starting between 6:00 AM and 8:30 AM. The Dealer Experience Specialist serves as a key point of contact for the dealer network, handling order management, shipment concerns, pricing inquiries, and dealer support. Successful candidates will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess strong communication and problem‑solving skills, and be comfortable navigating multiple systems while balancing competing priorities. The role is ideal for candidates who enjoy customer interaction, relationship management, and finding creative solutions to complex service issues.
