Job summary

Hyundai Capital America seeks a Dealer Audit Associate to support wholesale inventory audits, minimize credit risk, and liaise with dealers, field staff, and a third‑party vendor. You’ll report to the Manager, Commercial Dealer Audit and help ensure compliance across the floorplan program.

The role requires 2–4 years in vehicle inventory audits, strong Microsoft Office skills, and solid communication. Hybrid work with in‑office days is offered along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of related experience in operational inventory audits.
• Automotive industry experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot issues and recommend effective resolutions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Support the wholesale inventory audit process to ensure compliance and minimize credit risk.
• Liaise between Hyundai Capital America, third-party audit vendor, and field staff to identify audit risks.
• Notify management of any audit irregularities immediately.
• Assist in monthly inventory audit scheduling and coordinate with DataScan (DAS).
• Prepare daily reports such as RDR Past Due, Closed Audits, and Retail Funding Report.
• Provide guidance on the DataScan Dealer Access System (DAS) and assist dealers with login issues.
