Hyundai Capital America is seeking a Sr. OEM Support & Analytics Associate to drive OEM programs, pricing, forecasting, and analytics, while engaging dealers and field teams across the business.

The role combines program management with analytical rigor to improve sales, profitability, and customer experience for new business development. Hybrid work and strong growth opportunities are offered.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business, Finance, Economics or Data Analytics.
• 4–6 years of experience in business strategy, analytics or OEM support.
• Experience with forecasting, pricing analysis, reporting and BI tools.
• Experience with automotive finance or OEM programs preferred.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support OEM programs, pricing strategies, forecasting, analytics, and dealer engagement initiatives.
• Develop and maintain forecasts and performance models for OEM programs.
• Create dashboards and executive presentations.
• Coordinate dealer communications and program launches.
• Partner with field sales and internal teams to drive growth and profitability.
