Job summary

Hyundai Capital America (HCA) seeks a Business Development Manager to drive growth by developing dealer relationships and promoting HCA financing programs across Hyundai/Kia/Genesis networks. You will educate dealers on retail, lease, CPO, and commercial financing and work to expand market presence in your region.

The role requires consultative selling, strong communication, and the ability to train dealership staff on product updates and eContracting tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
• Proven sales targets achievement.
• Captive automotive finance experience is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Cross-functional collaboration with OEMs to leverage products.

Responsibilities

• Promote HCA programs to dealers to stimulate utilization of products and services.
• Collaborate with sales and product design to meet sales and profit goals.
• Educate and enroll dealerships in new programs to drive growth and market presence.
• Train dealership personnel on new technology and digitalization of HCA products and services.
