Job summary

Hyundai Capital America (HCA) seeks a Dealer Audit Associate to support wholesale inventory audits and compliance, coordinating with field staff and third‑party vendors. The role focuses on minimizing credit risk, managing on‑site processes, and ensuring timely dealer payments.

Extraneous tasks include daily reporting and DAS support. The position reports to the Commercial Dealer Audit Manager and emphasizes collaboration, problem solving, and attention to detail in a busy automotive finance

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of related experience in operational inventory audits.
• Automotive industry experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot issues and resolve them effectively.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Access and Outlook; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform wholesale audit processes and follow‑ups to ensure compliance and minimize risk.
• Notify management and credit teams of audit irregularities.
• Reach out to dealers on floorplan payoffs to ensure timely payment.
• Process daily/monthly reports and assist with audit parameter updates.
• Provide guidance to floorplan accounts on use of the DataScan system.
