Job summary

Hyundai Motor Group in McLean, VA is seeking a Dealer Development Specialist to administer the Dealer Action packages, maintain accurate dealer and vendor records, and ensure compliance with franchise laws across multiple states.

You will catalog complex ownership and regulatory requirements, support regional and national management with timely data, and help drive market representation and dealer performance initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Four to five years in automotive with dealer development/market representation.
• Legal background a plus.
• Strong Microsoft Office proficiency and data skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain dealer information as primary Dealer Development contact for SAP database updates.
• Support regional management with market representation data and decision-ready reports.
• Administer Dealer Action packages, ensuring accuracy before regional approval and national submission.
• Manage ownership structures and state-by-state regulatory requirements for packages.
• Maintain confidential dealer files and support documentation.
• Collaborate with Regional and National teams on franchise law and FLIS requirements.
