Job summary

Westlake Financial in the United States is seeking a Dealer Account Manager to grow dealer partnerships, educate and train partners, and drive more financed customers while traveling locally.

You will manage sales activities, develop relationships with independent and franchise dealers, and present Westlake programs to maximize loan approvals and profitability. This is a full-time field role with substantial earning potential.

Qualifications

• Automotive, Finance and Sales experience required.
• 1-2 years of sales with a proven track record.
• College degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Strong presentation and communication skills required.
• Ability to build relationships with diverse teams and dealer partners.
• Knowledge of dealer financing processes and sales promotions.
• Proficiency with dealership management tools and basic tech.

Responsibilities

• Prepare presentations and proposals to communicate products to management within dealer networks.
• Identify sales prospects and contact assigned accounts.
• Follow up on new leads and referrals from field activity with dealers.
• Develop and grow dealer partnerships and train partners on current programs.
• Ensure quality and consistency of service delivery to dealers.
• Assist with sales contracts and verification processes for Westlake.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial products and collateral.
• Participate in marketing events and telemarketing efforts for dealers.
