Job summary

Westlake Services, LLC is seeking a Dealer Account Manager to educate and train dealer partners, expand the dealer network, and drive financing opportunities across local markets. You will manage field activities, train on current programs, and cultivate relationships to grow Westlake's market share and program knowledge.

The role offers a dynamic field environment with travel in a local market, performance-based compensation, and the potential for significant earnings for motivated individuals.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in Automotive, Finance and Sales (required).
• 1-2 years' sales experience with a proven track record.
• College degree (preferred or equivalent work experience).
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques.
• Strong computer skills and adaptability to new technology.
• Significant local travel and valid state driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Prepare presentations and proposals to showcase products to dealers.
• Identify sales prospects and manage assigned dealer accounts.
• Follow up on leads and referrals from field activity.
• Develop and grow dealer partners in the Independent and Franchise networks.
• Communicate effectively with dealer partners via phone and in-person visits.
• Provide solutions to rework and approve vehicle loans profitably.
• Assist with sales contracts and educate dealers on verification needs.
• Stay up-to-date on current financial product knowledge.
• Participate in marketing events for dealers and telemarketing initiatives.
