Job summary

AFC is seeking a Relationship Specialist to service and grow our dealer network in Orange County, CA. You will build strong relationships, attract new business, and manage risk while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive revenue.

You will travel within your market, engage customers, and leverage CRM tools to tailor solutions that meet dealers’ financing needs. Competitive benefits and advancement opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in customer-facing, sales, or sales support roles.
• Ability and desire to travel 50–75% within your market.
• Strong portfolio management, risk and new business development understanding.
• Proficient with mobile apps and software used in the role.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with current and prospective customers to grow AFC revenue.
• Use CRM tools to understand customer needs and manage work queues.
• Grow the portfolio organically and support product campaigns.
• Balance risk while servicing existing accounts and exploring new opportunities.
• Travel as required within the territory.
