Job summary

AFC (Automotive Finance Corporation), a subsidiary of OPENLANE, seeks a Relationship Specialist to build and nurture relationships with current and prospective auto dealer customers. You will drive financing solutions, expand accounts, and balance risk while traveling within your territory in the Riverside, CA metro area.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in customer-facing or sales roles, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel frequently.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three to five years in customer-facing, sales, or sales support roles.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel 50-75% within the market.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient sales skills, adaptable to audiences, and strong dealer issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Use critical thinking to assess business and risk situations with minimal supervision.
• Develop understanding of customer needs using CRM tools and work queues.
• Grow the portfolio organically and support product campaigns and partnerships.
• Manage, service, and balance risk on customer accounts.
• Manage existing accounts and drive new growth opportunities.
• Support others’ success as they grow in their roles.
