Job Description

Dealer Account Manager

Location: Remote - on the road

As a Dealer Account Manager, your goal is to assist current and future dealer partners in selling more cars and trucks by financing more customers. You will educate and train dealer partners, acquire new contacts, manage sales activities, and ensure quality and consistency in service delivery.

This full-time position includes full benefits. Candidates should be highly motivated, dedicated, and comfortable working in a field environment with local travel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare presentations and proposals for dealer management.
  • Identify and contact sales prospects.
  • Follow up on leads and referrals.
  • Develop and grow dealer relationships.
  • Communicate regularly with dealer partners to train on programs and funding requirements.
  • Provide solutions for vehicle loan restructuring and approval.
  • Assist in sales contract preparation and educate dealers on verification processes.
  • Maintain current sales materials and product knowledge.
  • Participate in marketing events like seminars and trade shows.
Qualifications
  • Experience in Automotive, Finance, and Sales (required).
  • 1-2 years of successful sales experience.
  • College degree or equivalent work experience (preferred).
  • Strong presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques.
  • Proficiency with technology and adaptability.
  • Goal-oriented with a desire for growth.
  • Experience with DealerTrack, Routeone, or CUDL (beneficial).
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally.
Benefits and Compensation

The pay plan is performance-based, with a guaranteed first-year minimum income of $5,000/month plus commissions, and an average earning potential of $160,000 after one year. Additional benefits include vehicle mileage reimbursement, no limit on commissions, and comprehensive full-time benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), employee discounts, and more.
