Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, English, Public Relations or Journalism.
• Approximately 5+ years in pursuits, business development, marketing or project management, preferably in professional services.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop differentiated win strategies and client offers across scope, solution, price and terms.
• Manage pursuit plans, governance, and delivery with cross-functional teams.
• Own client-facing documents, proposals and presentations in line with EY style guide.
• Collaborate with Service Lines, Account Teams and BD leaders; share best practices.
• Leverage AI to improve pursuit efficiency and materials.
