Job summary

EY is seeking a Deal Manager to support high-value Tier 1 and 2 pursuits across the US. The role drives win strategies, coordinates cross-functional teams, and shapes client-facing proposals and materials in a fast-paced, leadership-exposed environment.

The position requires strong writing, project management, and collaboration skills, with flexibility for travel and time-zone differences. EY offers a hybrid work model and a comprehensive rewards package including medical, pension and paid time

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in pursuits, business development, marketing, or project management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop differentiated win strategies and client offers across scope, solution, price and terms.
• Plan storyline and key messages; prepare extended pursuit teams for orals.
• Lead and coordinate pursuit governance, qualification, and approvals with the Deal Leader.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams; manage session execution and client sessions.
• Oversee pursuit deliverables; ensure high quality and timely submissions.
• Leverage AI to improve pursuit efficiency and client materials.
• Own client-facing written deliverables in line with firm style.
• Develop win themes carried across all client communications.
• Build relationships across Service Lines, Account Teams, and BD leadership.
