Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a business-related field.
Approximately 5+ years of relevant experience in pursuits, business development, marketing, or project management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong proposal writing experience.
Excellent project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to influence and direct others with leadership exposure.
Self-motivated and able to work with limited supervision in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to work outside regular hours and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

Orchestrate pursuit management from qualification through close using standard tools.
Own client-facing written deliverables and proposals.
