Qualifications

• 6+ years in professional services, pricing and commercials, strategy consulting, or contract management.
• Expert proficiency in financial modelling, budgeting, and metrics.
• Proven track record designing, modelling and structuring deals across consulting and managed services.
• Strong pursuit management, relationship management, and executive presence.
• Ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-moving pursuit environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communications.
• Experience using generative AI tools as thought partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and refine offer design, pricing approach, and commercial strategy to improve competitiveness.
• Assess proposed prices against market benchmarks and client value drivers.
• Challenge solution design to strengthen differentiation and client value.
• Design commercial structures aligned to client value while ensuring EY returns.
• Drive opportunities through EY governance with clear executive narratives.
• Contribute to client-facing financial and commercial materials and assist negotiation prep.
