Job summary

Bachelor's degree and ~5+ years in pursuits or project management are typical; APMP/PMP are a plus, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, English, Public Relations, or Journalism
• Approximately 5+ years of relevant experience in pursuits, business development, marketing, or project management, preferably in professional services
• Communications and proposal writing experience with writing samples
• Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams
• Strong ability to influence and direct others in leadership-exposed settings
• Self-motivated and resourceful, able to work with limited supervision in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work outside regular hours and across time zones; moderate travel may be required
• APMP or PMP certification (Ideally)
• Experience managing the work of others and driving best-practice tools and processes

Responsibilities

• Own deal strategy across scope, solution, price and terms
• Plan the storyline and key messages; prepare extended teams for orals
• Coordinate pursuit governance, qualification, and approvals
• Develop client-facing written deliverables in line with EY style
• Collaborate with Service Lines, Account Teams, and BD leaders
• Leverage AI to improve pursuit materials and efficiency
• Support team initiatives to improve best practices and tools
