Job summary

EY is seeking a Deal Manager in the United States to drive high-value pursuits and keep complex deals on track. You will craft differentiated win strategies, manage cross-functional teams, and oversee written client deliverables such as proposals and executive summaries.

The role requires 5+ years in pursuits or related fields, strong communication and project-management skills, and the ability to work across time zones in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, English, Public Relations, or Journalism
• Approximately 5+ years of relevant experience in pursuits, business development, marketing, or project management, preferably in professional services
• Communications and proposal writing experience with writing samples; excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent project management and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple workstreams
• Strong ability to influence and direct others with leadership exposure
• Self-motivated and able to work with limited supervision in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work outside regular hours and across time zones; moderate travel may be required
• APMP or PMP certification is a beneficial credential

Responsibilities

• Develop differentiated win strategies and client-facing proposals
• Plan storyline and messages and prepare extended pursuit teams for orals
• Coordinate pursuit teams and governance processes; track actions and deadlines
• Own client-facing written deliverables: proposals, meeting documents, presentations
• Build relationships with service lines, account teams and leaders; share best practices
