EY is seeking a Deal Architect to lead the financial, commercial, and competitive strategy for EY's most strategic opportunities. You will shape, negotiate, and close opportunities by integrating client needs, EY costs, pricing methodologies, and negotiation strategies to maximize margins and value.

You will guide teams in developing a compelling business case and collaborate across EY’s governance framework, driving efficiency and strategic advantage in complex pursuits.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in professional services, pricing, strategy consulting, or commercial management.
• Expert in financial modelling, accounting, budgeting, and related metrics.
• Proven track record designing and structuring deals across consulting and managed services.
• Strong pursuit management, relationship management, and executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and refine offer design, pricing approach, and commercial strategy to improve competitiveness and win probability.
• Assess EY’s price points against market benchmarks and client value drivers.
• Use competitive intelligence to strengthen differentiation and client value for EY.
• Design commercial structures aligned to client value drivers while ensuring EY returns.
• Translate complex commercial and financial considerations into compelling narratives for executive stakeholders.
