EY is seeking a Deal Manager to drive high-value pursuits (Tier 1 and Tier 2) with strategic impact. You will shape win strategies, craft client-facing proposals, and lead cross-functional pursuit teams through a structured sales process.

In this hybrid role, you will coordinate deal strategy, pursue project management, and own written deliverables while engaging leadership across the firm. Excellent communication and collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Approximately 5+ years of relevant experience in pursuits, business development, marketing, or project management.
• Communications and proposal writing experience with writing samples.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to influence and direct others with leadership exposure.
• Flexible to work outside normal hours and travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Deal strategy: develop differentiated win strategies and compelling client offers.
• Pursuit project management: manage pursuit infrastructure and deliverables on schedule.
• Written communications: own client-facing proposals and executive summaries.
• Collaboration and knowledge sharing: partner with Service Lines, Account Teams, and leadership.
• Leverage AI to improve pursuit management and client materials.
