Job summary

EY (Ernst & Young) is seeking a Deal Manager to drive high-value pursuits across multiple markets. You will craft differentiated win strategies, shape client-facing proposals, and guide extended teams through a structured sales process. You will collaborate with Service Lines, Account Teams, and leadership to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables while leveraging AI tools to enhance efficiency and impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, English, Public Relations or Journalism.
• Approximately 5+ years of relevant experience in pursuits, business development, marketing, or project management.
• Communications and proposal writing experience with writing samples.

Responsibilities

• Own client-facing written deliverables: meeting docs, proposals, presentations.
• Develop win themes and client-focused messaging across materials.
• Coordinate cross-functional pursuit teams and manage session execution.
