Job summary

EY-Parthenon in the US seeks a Consultant in Deal Management to support and execute operational projects across deal cycles, helping with pre-deal planning and post-deal integration.

You will assist in developing strategies for transactions, analyzing data, and driving value for clients while collaborating with cross-functional teams on diverse engagements, including international deals. Expect travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or Analytics with 2 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree with ~18 months of experience.
• MBA is preferred.
• Management consulting experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Support and execute operational projects in Deal Management across sectors.
• Develop and execute strategies for transactions with client service teams.
• Gain experience across pre-deal and post-deal engagements (e.g., carve-out, integration).
• Apply a commercial mindset to drive value and relationships with clients.
