Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or Analytics plus 2 years work experience; or a graduate degree and ~18 months of experience.
• MBA is preferred.
• Management consulting experience.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights.
• Demonstrated aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Ability to prioritize effectively on projects and adapt quickly to new challenges.
• Solid negotiation and influencing skills, and the ability to develop long-lasting relationships.

Responsibilities

• Support and execute operational focused projects across all sectors.
• Assist in developing and executing strategies for transactions.
• Contribute to pre-deal activities (e.g., operational and carve-out planning).
• Contribute to post-deal activities (e.g., integration planning, tracking).
