Qualifications

• 6+ years in professional services, pricing, strategy consulting or commercial management.
• Expert proficiency in financial modelling, accounting, budgeting and metrics.
• Proven track record designing, modelling and structuring deals with pricing strategies.
• Strong pursuit management, relationship management, executive presence and influencing skills.
• Ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-moving pursuit environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communications.
• Ability to use generative AI tools as thought partners.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and refine offer design, pricing approach and commercial strategy.
• Assess EY’s price points against market benchmarks and client value.
• Use competitive intelligence to challenge solution design and differentiate value.
• Design commercial structures aligned to client value and EY risk/return.
• Translate complex financial and risk considerations into executive narratives.
• Contribute to client-facing materials and negotiation preparation.
