Job summary

EY is seeking a Deal Architect within the Strategic Pricing & Insights Group to lead financial, commercial, and competitive strategy for EY's most strategic opportunities. You will guide teams in pricing methodologies, cost-to-serve, and negotiation strategy to maximize margins and differentiate EY’s offer.

You will contribute to client-facing financial materials, support negotiation prep, and influence governance processes to advance high-impact opportunities across EY’s global client base.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in professional services, pricing and commercials, strategy consulting, solution architecture or commercial and contract management.
• Expert proficiency in financial modelling, accounting, budgeting, and related metrics.
• Proven track record designing, modelling and structuring deals across consulting and managed services.
• Strong pursuit management, relationship management, executive presence and influencing skills.
• Ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-moving pursuit environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communications.
• Ability to use generative AI tools as thought partners to accelerate research and decision support.
• University/Bachelor’s Degree required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and refine offer design, pricing approach, and commercial strategy to improve competitiveness and win probability.
• Assess price points against market benchmarks and client value drivers.
• Use competitive intelligence to challenge solution design and strengthen differentiation.
• Design commercial structures aligned to client value while ensuring EY’s risk-adjusted return.
• Translate complex commercial and financial considerations into a clear narrative for executives.
