Job summary

EY is seeking a Deal Architect within the Strategic Pricing & Insights Group to lead financial, commercial, and competitive strategy for EY's most strategic opportunities. You will guide teams in developing a compelling business case and execution of pricing strategies to maximize margins and client value.

You will support negotiation prep, client-facing materials, and governance, drawing on competitive intelligence, market insights, and EY cost to serve models.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in professional services, pricing and commercials, strategy consulting or related fields.
• Proficient in financial modelling, budgeting and related metrics.
• Experience designing, modelling and structuring deals with various pricing strategies.
• Strong pursuit, relationship management, and executive presence.
• Ability to use generative AI tools as thought partners to accelerate analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop offer design, pricing approach and commercial strategy to improve competitiveness.
• Assess EY’s price points against market benchmarks and client value drivers.
• Use competitive intelligence to challenge solution design and improve client value.
• Design commercial structures aligned to client value drivers while ensuring EY returns.
• Guide governance by translating complex commercial and financial factors into executive narratives.
• Contribute to client-facing financial and commercial materials and negotiation prep.
