NAPA is seeking a Site Operations Coordinator for our Distribution Center in Manheim, PA. This role provides essential administrative and operational support to ensure smooth daily operations, safety compliance, and effective communication between DC leadership and corporate functions.

The position emphasizes organization, proactive problem-solving, and a customer-focused mindset, with responsibilities spanning safety, operations, facility logistics, and administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in administrative or operations support.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort with WMS or ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Support site safety initiatives, track incident reports and training completion, and assist with safety meetings and audits.
• Provide direct support to DC leadership by tracking daily performance metrics and communicating updates.
• Coordinate office and breakroom logistics, vendor services, space planning and facility projects to maintain a safe, efficient environment.
• Perform daily administrative tasks, maintain training and safety records, prepare reports and support on-site meetings and events.
• Contribute to employee engagement efforts and help share key performance updates with the team.
