NAPA Auto Parts is seeking a Site Security Coordinator to serve as the primary on-site security presence at our distribution center in Manheim, PA. You will safeguard team members, visitors, inventory, and automated systems while enforcing corporate security policies.

You will manage access control, monitor alarms, perform patrols, and coordinate with operations and asset protection to maintain a secure environment. Strong communication and independent work ethic are essential.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of security, law enforcement, military, or industrial safety experience preferred.
• Experience in warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environments preferred.
• Basic proficiency with computer systems, badge access software, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain access control and facility security.
• Enforce site security protocols and escalation procedures.
• Monitor emergency alarms and respond as needed.
• Distribute facility access badges/keys as directed.
• Review active badge holders against rosters and contractor lists.
• Validate access levels align with job roles and needs.
• Monitor entry/exit points and conduct bag checks as required.
• coordinate dock assignments and verify seal numbers as needed.
• Identify and respond to suspicious activity or safety hazards.
• Conduct routine site patrols and monitor inbound shipments and perimeters.
• Escalate incidents and support investigations as directed.
