Job summary

NAPA Auto Parts is seeking a Site Operations Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support for the Distribution Center. You will coordinate processes, assist with safety programs, support facility logistics, and serve as a main contact between operations, leadership, and corporate functions.

The role requires strong communication and organization in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on people, processes, and performance data to keep daily operations on track and customer

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in administrative or operations support, preferably within a distribution, logistics, or manufacturing environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfortable with WMS or ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Safety & Environmental Support: Track incident reports, training completion, safety observations, and maintain environmental documentation.
• Operations Support: Track daily performance metrics, communicate updates, and update dashboards and reports.
• Facility & Logistics Support: Coordinate office/breakroom logistics, visitor/contractor entry procedures, and space planning.
• Administrative & Office Support: Manage daily admin tasks, scheduling, reporting, and meeting materials.
• Culture & Engagement: Support employee engagement, newsletters, recognition boards, and internal communications.
