Job summary

GPC is seeking a Distribution Center Process Coordinator in the United States (Pennsylvania) to drive daily performance and consistency across the DC. The role guides peers, supports operations, and ensures safety, quality and efficiency with leadership through influence.

You will steer shift startup meetings, coordinate workflow, support root cause investigations, and promote standardized operations across all DC areas to maintain high throughput and customer focus.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a DC, warehouse, or logistics environment.
• Strong collaboration and directing teams under pressure.
• Solid understanding of DC processes and performance metrics.
• Effective communicator with strong organizational skills.
• Experience with Lean, 5S or continuous improvement preferred.
• Knowledge of WMS and RF scanning technology.
• Ability to work variable shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead influence & communication across shifts to align priorities.
• Coordinate shift startup meetings focusing on safety, quality, service and productivity.
• Act as floor monitor to maintain flow between receiving, picking, packing, put wall and shipping.
• Support onboarding and cross-training; ensure standard work is followed.
• Analyze root causes from safety incidents and quality issues using structured methods.
