Qualifications
- Four-year degree or equivalent experience.
- 5 years’ experience handling inventory/operational tasks.
- 5 years' management experience in a Distribution Center / Fulfillment Center environment.
- Experience with activity-based performance metrics, process improvement, and Lean thinking.
Responsibilities
- Hires, trains, develops, motivates, and supports the distribution center teams.
- Develops and monitors production plans for the DC.
- Manages safety practices and safe work environment.
- Oversees P&L and motivates managers to meet targets.
- Leads process improvement initiatives for year over year gains.
- Partners with leadership to drive network projects and cost optimization.
