Job summary

Burlington Stores is hiring a Distribution Center Operations Manager in the United States. You will lead Area Managers across inbound, put-to-light, ticketing, quality, or outbound operations to drive efficiency and accuracy in receiving, storage, packing and shipping.

The role requires overseeing staffing, implementing cost-control programs, coaching teams, and ensuring safety and compliance. Shift: Tue–Fri, 4:00 p.m. – 2:00 a.m. with competitive wages and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred (Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Management, or similar).
• 4+ years’ experience leading in a high-volume distribution environment.
• Understanding of supply chain, distribution, warehouse, transportation, and inventory.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Bi-lingual is a plus.
• Experience with WMS and distribution technology/equipment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operational excellence in all warehouse areas and efficient WMS operations.
• Maintain appropriate staffing and efficiency levels for accurate, timely movement of product.
• Design and implement cost-control systems in a dynamic business environment.
• Coach and train area managers and associates with on-floor and formal feedback.
• Design and manage delivery schedules to maximize store service and efficiency.
• Maintain a safe workplace by following Burlington safety policies and reducing accident costs.
